Project Details:
The proposed location of the Learning Centre is 2nd Floor, North Wing of Workers House, Plot 1 Pilkington Road, Kampala.
Facilities included 100-seater training room, 3-4 break out rooms, a lounge and reception area, business boardroom, storage space, kitchen and dining area and innovation room. Additionally, the centre is equipped with the most-ultra modern learning and audio visual equipment including interactive touch screens, smart mood lighting and sound, mood boards, smart board simulation walls with facility wide Wi-Fi coverage.
Brief description of main deliverables/outputs:
- Preliminary design documentation, detailed design, tender documentation i.e. Tender documentation and bills of quantities.
- Preparation of Construction drawings
- Construction Supervision
