The US Department of Defence (DoD) Through the Defence Threat Reduction Agency under the project Cooperative Biological Engagement Program (CBEP), commissioned CH2M as Prime Contractor. CH2M sub-contracted Arch Forum as A&E (Architectural and Engineering)
Subcontractor to provide A&E consultancy services for design and construction supervision of NaLIRRI Nakyesasa Laboratory at Namulonge.
Brief Description of main deliverables:
Preliminary design documentation, detailed design, tender documentation i.e. Tender documentation and bills of quantities.
Preparation of Construction drawings.
Construction Supervision involving monthly site meetings, Quality /time /cost control.
payment certification as well as technical advice throughout the construction period
